01 - What if my dog is to misbehaved for a photoshoot?
I photograph dogs being dogs, no matter their personality or attention span. Every session is catered to the pet individually: if yours won't sit still, even for a tasty treat, then posed portraits might not be the best fit. I have boundless patience, and we can always concentrate on your pup at play
02 - Can I be in the photos with my pet?
Absolutely, every session can be modified to include you being photographed with your pet.
03 - How do I view my photos?
I will send you a link to an online private gallery of all the images from the session for you to select your photos from.
04 - What if it rains the day of our session?
I watch the weather forecast very closely, and am always able to reschedule. A cloudy or overcast day can make for some lovely photos, but my equipment unfortunately just can't handle our west coast downpours!
05 - What if my dog can't be off leash?
Not a problem! If you pick a location like the beach or forest, I can always photoshop the leash out afterwards. Another option is to find an enclosed space, like a backyard where we can let the dog be itself.
06 - WHAT IF MY DOG IS SCARED OF YOU AT FIRST?
No problem, if the dog/pup doesn't feel comfortable with me to start with, I will move back and give it some time and let it get to know me.

01 - WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR TO OUR SESSION?
I recommend choosing a colour palette rather than matching exactly! Neutral tones, blues, or earthy colours work beautifully against Carlisle’s natural backdrops. Try to avoid large logos or very busy patterns so the focus stays on your faces.
02 - WHAT IF MY CHILDREN WONT SIT STILL OR SMILE?
Don't worry at all! Some of the best family photos are 'candid'—meaning I capture you playing, walking, and laughing together. I have plenty of tricks to keep things fun, and I never force a 'perfect' pose if it isn't feeling natural.
03 - HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECIEVE OUR EDITED IMAGES?
I usually send my clients the fully edited images 2 or 3 days after the session. You will receive a link to your private gallery of your session!
04 - CAN WE BRING OUr DOG TO THE FAMILY SESSION?
Absolutely! Pets are part of the family. Since I specialize in both, I love incorporating dogs into family portraits. Just let me know in advance so we can choose a pet-friendly location. There will be no extra charges too!
